Bonus and Promotion Abuse

Duelbits reserves the right to exclude any player or group of players who it deems abusing any promotion, or for any reason at its sole discretion.

Any account found to be directly engaged in fraudulent activities or associated with accounts involved in such activities shall be disqualified from participating in future promotional offers.

Abuse of promotion can include but is not limited to duplicating the same ticket repeatedly or backing other sports markets.

If it is discovered that a group of players are using the same betting patterns and are connected via but not limited to location, banking pattern or IP, Duelbits reserves the right to confiscate bonus winnings and/or deposit. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Duelbits will be final.

Ace’s Rewards – Rakeback Scheme

The calculation of Ace’s Rewards is contingent upon the game’s RTP (Return to Player). Nevertheless, please note that games deemed susceptible to abuse or exploitation will not be included in the Rakeback Scheme.

General Promotion & Bonus terms and Conditions

Promotions are limited to one entry per customer. We only permit one customer to participate from each household address, IP address, email address, same payment account or shared computer (e.g. public library or workplace).

Bonuses can be credited in the form of withdrawable cash funds or as bonus funds with a wagering requirement. Duelbits reserves the right to not pay out a prize, where all or part of the win results from any obvious error, mistake or technical fault (including incorrect game payouts) whether caused by a machine or human error in respect of any of the Eligible Games.

Duelbits reserves the right to update its Bonus Terms and Conditions at any time. These Bonus Terms and Conditions, as published on the Website are in English, and it is the English version of these Terms and Conditions that forms the basis of these Terms and Conditions. Translations into other languages may be made as a service and are made in good faith. However, in the event of differences between the English version and a translation, the English version has priority over any translation.

Bonuses and rewards are exclusively available to accounts that are active, operational, and in good standing in accordance with our terms of service. Users whose accounts have been closed, self-excluded, suspended, or otherwise rendered inactive for any reason shall forfeit their eligibility to receive any bonuses, rewards, or promotional benefits.
